It seems like an ideal Captain Kirk would have us striving for...and the striving....is what makes us good humans...I can almost hear him saying something like that on an episode. Personal responsibility...I personally believe that recognizing the need for it is half the battle won. Each day we make decisions. I am learning to try to make smarter ones too. I still haven’t met anyone who can live by that.
